Our troop is built on the foundation that active participation from every member is essential, and we hold transparency in high regard across all facets of our organization. To ensure the seamless organization of our troop, we conduct three regular meetings, each designed to foster cohesion and efficiency.

Health of Troop

  • These meetings are weekly following the meeting opening.
  • These are closed meetings.
  • Only the Committee Chair, Troop Master, and Ranger are in attendance
  • Agenda Items: Current Issues, Current Budget State, Upcoming Events, Leader Ratios, Learning Pathway, Committee Review, Leadership Project Updates, Action Mapping, and Communication.
    • If you have a concern, please use the form tool, at the bottom of this page, to submit a topic to be addressed during this meeting.

Planning Meeting

  • These meetings are monthly following the normal troop closing.
  • These meetings are required for Troop Master, Ranger, Committee Chair, and all Trail Guides.
  • Registered Adults and Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
  • These meetings will not exceed 1 hour.
  • All meeting topics must be submitted to Meghan Nolan via the forms tool, at the bottom of the page, one week prior to the meeting taking place.

Semester at a Glance

  • When these meetings are held they will be in the place of a normal troop meeting and will be held during the normal troop meeting time. (No Troop Meeting On Dates We Have These Meetings)
  • Required: TML, TM, Ranger, CC, TREAS, and Trail Guides
  • Anyone affiliated with Trop 1914 is encouraged to attend
  • During this meeting there fill be a report out from the following: CC, Treasurer, Committee(s). In addition to these report outs, the Semester Plan will be reviewed and voted on my all in attendance.

Kindly share meeting topics or any concerns you may have by utilizing the form below. Rest assured that the details you provide will be transmitted directly to Meghan Nolan, Troop 1914's Committee Chair.

Important Note: Kindly submit meeting topics at least one week before the scheduled meeting. If your topic is personal, rest assured that it will be handled confidentially within the troop's leadership. Some matters may be addressed in the 'Health of Troop' meeting rather than in the Planning or Semester-at-a-Glance Meetings. Please take the initiative to submit your ideas along with potential solutions to facilitate a more productive discussion.
